I use them all the time, either with Feedburner and use the (WordPress Plugin just to make it easier.) and also the HTML2RSS converter.

Watch the video and learn what the RSS Feed is all about. Once I burn my feed using Feed Burner and also another program called HTML2RSS Creator I send it out to all the RSS directories just like I would to all the Social Bookmarking and Social Media sites.

You can take your feeds from your Articles, Videos, Blog Posts and your Podcasts, its quick and once you have done that you will see your rankings also increase in Google, it really is amazing.
