FREE WordPress Plugins?
We all like something for FREE don’t we… if we see the word FREE our eyes light up and we get all excite
d… especially in Internet Marketing and the reason I guess is that many are trying to start their own internet Business on a shoe string…
I discovered recently that FREE as far as plugins go is not always the best choice, so today’s post is going to tell you why…
Recently, I had been using an Auto Poster for articles and it was free; it did the job well and I was very happy with it… but some changes took place in both WordPress and also the Article Marketing sites that meant that the FREE Article Posters no longer worked… many people have these on Auto as the word suggests and did not realise that for two or three weeks! Nothing was happening on their sites – no new content. I had to chase around myself to find a new Article Poster that had the same or more features that the one we were using. It was hard…

I made a decision that I would no longer use FREE ones.. and her are three Reasons Not to Use FREE Article or Video Posters…
- They don’t always get updated, so when there is a change in WordPress or the article sites you no longer have an autoposter…
- Duplicate Content. If you have to add another Auto Poster then you are more than likely going to get Duplicate content on your site, and we know how Google feels about that. So your new Auto Poster could be bringing in the same articles and the same videos you already have.
- Time Wasting… if you have more than one site, (I had 30 sites using the auto poster), then you have to go through each site and add the new Auto Poster and that’s time consuming. But that’s just the beginning of the problem because then you need to go through the site/s more often to check for duplicate articles etc…
So…. if you are serious about what you want to do with the Internet then buy the software for a small fee of $15 to $25 – believe me, it’s worth it.
Let’s be clear: I am not talking about the FREE WordPress Plugins that are available on WordPress itself, by the way – I am talking about the Auto Posters, the Article and the Video Posters…
So moral of the story… do it once… do it right. Go FREE if you must, but be warned at what could go wrong. It has taken you time and effort to get your Google page rank so why would you ruin it with having Duplicate content on your site… all to save $15.
Yes I do have some Plugins I recommend: I have tested them, they are updated and they are developing new ones.. and those are the companies I support.
So guys as we say in our country, bite the bullet and buy the software unless you have lots of time to waste.

I am just exploring the world of WordPress as you know and there are many great free plugins available. They come with some risk attached so ‘caveat emptor(?)’ (buyer beware).
Commercial software also comes with risk. As you know I have had a less than good experience with a product you use & recommend but that does not work on my computer and cannot be fixed by the product’s support department.
Of course you could always write your own software!

Hi Richard, yes there are some great free plugins, but I am talking about the free auto posters given the reasons above it is not worth the risk… but knowing the risk and then making the choice is then ones decision… thanks for your comment.. great stuff. Yes I am aware of your issue of ove rthe 500 of these I have sold I have never had anyone who could not make it work, you are special
